Hey guys! Welcome to our new CrossFit Lewes blog. It’s called After the WOD.  Here we are gonna post interesting stuff we find on the Internet to help support your CrossFit life. It could be a Paleo recipe, it could be a mobility video, it could be a product that we think is kind of cool…it could be practically ANYTHING.

So why a blog?

Well, we know a lot of people are on Facebook – but not everyone. And let’s face it, the white boards at the box can only hold so much information. So we thought we’d try to aggregate a lot of what’s out there into one spot for you. Think of it as another way to stay connected to your CrossFit Lewes family.

We won’t be posting the daily WODs here (those will still be on Facebook and the main Web site). And we might not even have a post every day. Heck, we aren’t even sure this will be worthwhile – but we are gonna give it a go. We’ve just started, so let’s give it a few weeks to get rolling and see what happens!

If you have any ideas of what you want to see, be sure to let us know.
